Product description
The H Series is a range of compact wire-rope mounts and isolators developed for applications requiring a high degree of vibration isolation and damping, combined with high durability and reliability.
A characteristic feature of the H Series is its four-wire-rope-winding configuration, which provides effective vibration isolation and inherent energy dissipation while maintaining compact dimensions. The wire-rope construction also provides a high level of resistance to demanding environmental conditions and a wide operating temperature range.
The H Series covers a load range from approximately 6 kg up to 2,000 kg per mount, depending on the model.
The H Series is suitable for applications where reliable vibration and shock isolation is required, particularly when the available installation space is limited.
Typical areas of application include:
- Shipbuilding and Navy
- Transport racks, transport boxes and containers
- Switch cabinets and device holders
- Special applications with limited space requirements
In addition to the standard versions, non-magnetic versions, special fastening options and modified numbers of wire-rope windings are available on request.

Type of fixing:
The H Series is available with different fastening configurations according to the application requirements. The standard fastening types available within the Sebert wire-rope mount range are:
- D2 – through hole in both retaining bars
- S2 – countersunk hole in both retaining bars
- G2 – metric thread in both retaining bars
- DS – retaining bar 2 with through hole and retaining bar 1 with countersunk hole
- DG – retaining bar 2 with through hole and retaining bar 1 with metric thread
- SG – retaining bar 2 with countersunk hole and retaining bar 1 with metric thread
Special fastening options can also be supplied on request.
Material:
The H Series can be supplied in different material configurations according to the application requirements.
Standard design:
- Retaining bars: AlMg4.5Mn, surface treated with SurTec 650 C
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
- Stainless-steel design:
- Retaining bars: 1.4404 (AISI 316L)
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
Non-magnetic design:
- Retaining bars: AlMg4.5Mn, surface treated with SurTec 650 C, 1.4404 (AISI 316L)
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
