Product description
The KE Series is a range of compact wire-rope mounts and isolators developed especially for marine applications
The KE Series combines a compact design with a high degree of vibration damping and isolation. The wire-rope construction provides inherent energy dissipation and allows the mounts to accommodate vibration and shock loads while maintaining a long service life.
The KE Series covers a load range from approximately 20 kg to 2000 kg per mount, depending on the model.
Typical areas of application include:
- Shipbuilding and marine applications.

Type of fixing:
The KE Series can be supplied with different fastening configurations according to the application requirements:
- D2 – through hole in both retainer bars
- S2 – countersunk hole in both retainer bars
- G2 – metric thread in both retainer bars
- DS – retainer bar 2 with through hole and retainer bar 1 with countersunk hole
- DG – retainer bar 2 with through hole and retainer bar 1 with metric thread
- SG – retainer bar 2 with countersunk hole and retainer bar 1 with metric thread
Material:
The KE Series can be manufactured in different material configurations depending on the application requirements.
Standard design:
- Retainer bars: AlMg4.5Mn, surface treated with SurTec 650 C
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
- Stainless-steel design:
- Retainer bars: 1.4404 (AISI 316L)
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
Non-magnetic design:
- Retainer bars: AlMg4.5Mn, surface treated with SurTec 650 C, 1.4404 (AISI 316L)
- Wire rope: 1.4401 (AISI 316)
